Reading ELB's "Postcolonializing France" : "In other words, the circulation of critical discourses in a globalized context is indeed part and parcel of the postcolonial turn: it also accelerates the dynamic evolution of concepts, and more starkly highlights the disjunctures between rigid analytical canvases and shifting, multi-stranded situations and concepts."

Oui - et aussi, de même qu'une world literature qu'il faut entendre bien avec sa valence (mondialisée) d'analogie avec la world music, il y a bien un effet de world theory, à regarder. Avec tout le faisceau des mondialisations : du mainstreaming du marché global, de l'ethnique ("indigène") comme style et la culture comme brand, et des altermondialisations diverses, travail culturel. Les notions de néo-colonialisme, ou simplement colonialisme/impérialisme, toujours bien actives pour suivre leurs effets.
